English Realty, LLC is a small, boutique type office, with five agents, and quick response time. We enjoy a great reputation in community and with the brokerage professionals. Our firm is a true "full service" real estate company. Although our primary focus has been representing clients in selling, leasing and management commercial properties; we have just added a new partner who has 30 years in the residential experience. We are standing by to show you property or to assist in an any manner possible.

We subscribe to the Multiple Listing Service, Xcelligent, the Commercial Investment Brokers Association (CIB), and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. We also feature our commercial properties on Loopnet and CoStar, in order to provide our clients with optimum exposure and the latest information available. Commercial sites are promoted on a Have/Want email list that is viewed by over 700 local brokers. As members of the Texas and National Association of Realtors, we have access and use of standard form contracts. We will be happy to provide references from any Landlords, Tenants, Sellers, or Buyers.
